Role Overview

This position is for a dedicated case manager/executive assistant at Goldberg Law LLC. The role primarily involves overseeing personal injury cases from the initial intake phase through to the settlement process. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients are informed and satisfied throughout their case journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize client personal injury cases effectively.
  • Obtain necessary medical documentation and file PIP claims.
  • Draft and send demand letters while maintaining communication with insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
