Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in La Habra, CA. As a Therapist for Children and Adolescents, you will work with clients of all ages and populations, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages and populations
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Thriveworks team through active participation in team meetings and discussions
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Therapist with experience working with children and adolescents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing circumstances
