Key Responsibilities- Assemble and install maintenance platform components according to specific instructions and established procedures, ensuring proper form, fit, function, and overall product quality.
- Assist in the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines, meeting product standards for quality and quantity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive team-oriented work environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the company's goals.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
- One plus (1+) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical, technical, construction, and/or job-site experience.
- Background in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel (50%) and work overtime as needed.
- Work in an open machine and fabrication shop production area, exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, and noise.
- Ability to stand for long periods, sit, kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl, with the ability to safely lift and handle up to 50-80 lbs.
- Must have functional hearing, vision, and voice (English) and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
