We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nephrology Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a hospital setting, providing lifesaving care to patients in need. As an Acute (Inpatient) Dialysis Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver nephrology care through various modalities, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
