Poolside Representative

The Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in promoting quality customer service and driving sales revenue at Goldfish Swim School - Aliso Viejo. This position involves working closely with customers, processing transactions, and collaborating with management personnel to achieve sales targets.

• Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process student registrations and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with management personnel to drive sales and promote customer satisfaction.

• A minimum of two years previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
