Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

Assist with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress monitoring

Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

Current Resume

Nursing License per state

Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications

2 current leadership references

Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
