We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at an outpatient clinic in [location].

About the Role:
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions.
  • Establish, revise, and evaluate plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Deliver therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques and skills.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.
Requirements:
  • Acute care experience in ICUs, Cardiac, Neuro, Trauma, or Ortho.
  • Electronic Health Record experience with Cerner.
  • Typically assigned 9 evaluations with an expectation of completing at least 8.
Qualifications:
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong technical skills.
