About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer standards, including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
