Occupational Therapist

At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various physical and cognitive disabilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living and rehabilitation.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Currently active state license in Occupational Therapy.
- Less than 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy.
- Ability to work 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with normal urgency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment.
- Knowledge of Covid-19 testing and vaccination protocols.
