Starcom Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled RPA Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, automation, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end automation projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Technical Management: Manage technical, cost, and schedule of assigned tasks or functions.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong, proactive, and assertive leadership skills that engage multidiscipline work teams to respond to business needs for assigned projects.
- Project Planning: Create project management plans, set expectations, execute governance reviews, and ensure the project plans are driven by organizational procedures.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional project stakeholders to develop project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables.
- Requirements Gathering: Ensure that requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved per organizational/PMO standards.
- Financial Management: Manage project budget, maintain financial plan, track actuals vs. plan, provide monthly forecasts, and report monthly accruals.
- Communication: Establish and provide high-quality, informative written and verbal project communications, including weekly status, dashboards, and project updates.
- Quality Assurance: Actively monitor, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, attainment of established milestones, and overall quality of project activities and deliverables.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: 6+ years of strong Project Management experience, with previous experience in automation projects.
- Skills: In-depth Project Management experience handling Project Financials, Schedules, Scope, Testing with strong communication/presentation skills. Solid understanding of Project Management and Project Management Office. Ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships, and external networks.
- Preferred Experience: Utility experience preferred, Smartsheet experience is a plus, PMP preferred.
