Student Success Navigator, Letcher Promise Neighborhood

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Success Navigator to join our team at Partners for Rural Impact. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of school, community, and Promise Neighborhood student services.

• Provide and integrate programming within neighborhood schools, serving as the primary liaison with community partners.
• Ensure partners are trained, understand their role, and implement according to their role.
• Connect students to a full continuum of supports and services, including health and wellness, safety, arts and humanities, and college and career planning services.
• Lead a school-level partnership council to ensure the successful integration of all school, community, and Promise Neighborhood student services.

• Associate's degree in human services or a related field and three years of experience required.
• Community engagement experience and evidence of effectively coordinating with rural schools and communities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines and expectations.
• Event planning experience, good verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to students from diverse economic, social, and cultural backgrounds.
