About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Mountaire Corporation. As a key member of our Medical department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our employees and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct post-offer physicals and drug/alcohol screenings, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, and Safety Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with Worker's Compensation cases, including scheduling appointments and providing documentation to insurance companies.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education and maintain mandatory certifications, such as CPR and licensure.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or completion of a licensed practical/vocational nursing program and current unrestricted LPN license.
  • 2+ years of experience in occupational health, emergency room, public health, or a related medical field.
  • Current CPR/First Aid/AED Card required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
