Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grading Foreman to join our team at E.R. Snell Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a crew of 2-7 individuals and ensuring the completion of construction projects on schedule and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities of a 2-7 person crew, ensuring optimal productivity and construction compliance.
  • Operate heavy equipment for grading work, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and safety concerns, implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Establish and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to the Company safety program.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned equipment, detecting malfunctions and ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
  • Review and approve employee time reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
