Job Title: RN ICU - INTENSIVE CARE 7P-7A 12Night

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a travel nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Job Summary:

This ICU RN position requires a strong background in critical care nursing, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
Requirements:

To be considered for this ICU RN position, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Maine.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
