Job Description

At Superbeo, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a PCU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a PCU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
  • Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission
  • No Nursys Hits
  • Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
  • Flu vaccination Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Travel experience

  • Resume with all facilities facility size beds trauma level and units listed
  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
