We are seeking a skilled Architectural Signage Project Manager with a solid background in both exterior and interior signage to enhance our proficient team.

Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Signage Project Manager:

  • Engage with clients to initiate projects and outline the complete scope of work required
  • Collaborate closely with Sales personnel to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide regular updates to clients and sales representatives regarding project progress
  • Utilize available resources to establish project timelines, ensure pricing accuracy, and assess project requirements
  • Anticipate potential project challenges and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, offering alternative solutions
  • Coordinate with various authorities to secure code checks, permits, and underground locates
  • Facilitate communication across departments to transition projects from design to delivery and billing
  • Monitor and adhere to project budgets
  • Document project details accurately using appropriate software and programs
  • Identify safety hazards at job sites and implement measures to mitigate them
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients

Qualifications for the Architectural Signage Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • A minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in the signage industry is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong accountability and time management capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable and able to respond to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities both internally and externally
  • Experience with previous ERP systems is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
