Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile General Laborer to join our team at Newpark Resources. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and washing composite mats, as well as providing environmental containment for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and remove composite mats and environmental containment systems
  • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers and front-end loaders
  • Maintain and utilize hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure the cleanliness of worksites and fleet vehicles
  • Work in a team environment and follow exact direction
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen/physical
  • PEL (Personal Protective Equipment) certification preferred
  • Construction and Transmission & Distribution experience preferred
