Administrative Fellow

ChildServe is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Administrative Fellowship Program. As an Administrative Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team on strategic projects, gain exposure to executive-level decision-making, and develop your skills in healthcare administration.

• Work closely with the leadership team on strategic projects to further the organization's mission and vision
• Gain exposure to executive-level decision-making and develop your skills in healthcare administration
• Participate in core rotations in areas such as Administration, Clinical Operations, Finance, Quality, and Human Resources
• Develop leadership skills through project work, observational learning experiences, and professional development opportunities

• Recent attainment of a master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Prefer candidates with a master's degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME)
• Healthcare industry experience, such as an internship or applicable employment
• Broad knowledge of current and historical perspectives on healthcare strategy, business management, and administration
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships and demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population
• Demonstration of proficient organizational and time management skills, with developed problem-solving skills and decision-making
