Family Law Attorney Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Family Law Attorney Coordinator who has exceptional client service skills and is team-oriented. This role requires experience in Family Law.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, Case Information Statements, and discovery.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems, including E-Courts and JEDS.
- Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing parties.
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate with multiple parties.
- Strong transcription skills for recording and storing client information.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurately store case files.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of current Family Law experience.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
