Overview

Suburban Propane offers a unique opportunity for seasonal truck drivers to join our team and contribute to the delivery of propane and other fuels to our customers. As a seasonal truck driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to meet the energy needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Propane and Other Fuels: Safely and efficiently transport propane and other fuels to our customers' homes and businesses.
  • Maintain Vehicle: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure their needs are met.
  • Account for Funds and Inventory: Accurately account for funds and inventory using a user-friendly handheld terminal.

Qualifications
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Must have a minimum of a Class B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and pull equipment that weighs 50 to 75 pounds.
