Job Summary:
  • Provide ultrasound services to patients in various healthcare settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ultrasound examinations to diagnose and monitor various medical conditions
  • Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations, including explaining procedures and obtaining informed consent
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images and videos
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret ultrasound results and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, examination results, and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • Current certification in Ultrasound Technology (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
