Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Sterling, Virginia. As a key member of our Desktop & Depot Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop equipment, including laptops, monitors, and printers
  • Assist end-users with common issues and ensure their technology needs are met
  • Focus on users returning to the office from remote work and those moving locations within the site
  • Perform workstation software break-fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, and asset tagging
  • Provide support for client center (tech bar) and IT service management updates
Requirements
  • Previous experience in desktop support or a related field
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and experience with change management and incident management
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
