• Perform a variety of tasks related to plumbing, carpentry, tile installation, electrical work, and drywall finishing.
• Utilize proper equipment and tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Communicate effectively with management, schedulers, colleagues, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
