At CAT inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service to employees and the business
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR-related issues
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in talent management and organizational development
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
