As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth and development of our employees.

• Lead and manage a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service to employees and the business
  
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR-related issues
  
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention

• 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in talent management and organizational development
  
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
