Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment. As a Medical-Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the unit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
