Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at 365 Health Services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time, part-time, or temporary position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in healthcare, preferably in home care or a similar setting. A strong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines is essential. Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility, and elimination.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for patients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Document patient interactions and responses, submitting documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and agency policies.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to our Code of Conduct.
