Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, providing, and supervising the nursing care of patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work collaboratively with other caregivers to coordinate care planning, adhere to universal precautions, and ensure compliance with infection control policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, demonstrating a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take and record measurements or readings, assessing patient conditions and providing treatment as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Provide leadership and work collaboratively with other caregivers on the unit, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized unit, adhering to hospital standards and policies.
- Assist with patient rounds, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- BSN or ADN degree required.
- RN degree in Ohio required.
- Valid CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) or obtain within one year of employment.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly range between $29.00-$45.00, depending on degree and experience, along with a comprehensive benefit package. Additionally, we provide shift differentials of $3.50/hr and $4.50/hr, as well as a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (paid in three annual installments of $5,000) and relocation assistance.
