We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest experiences on our beachside pool deck. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction to our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
  • Greet customers, present menus, and make suggestions based on their preferences.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders, and up-sell when appropriate.
  • Arrange table settings, keep tables clean and tidy, and deliver checks and collect payments.
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff, and adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor, including work that may not be related to table services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
  • Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience with cash registers and ordering information systems.
  • Problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Active listening, customer-centric, and high school diploma or equivalent.

This position provides food and table service to our members and guests poolside throughout the summer. Applicants should be aware that this position has exposure to direct sunlight and heat during the hottest part of the summer.
