Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by analyzing data and financial information.
  • Determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  • Analyze cash flow and financial statements to evaluate the ability of borrowers to meet their financial obligations.
  • Prepare thorough documentation of all financial analysis work and provide recommendations for approval, decline, or counteroffer.
  • Review individual and commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for evaluation and action.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial underwriting or banking.
  • Specialized bank lending education/training.
  • SBA experience preferred but not required.
