Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at LIFE Pittsburgh, you will work an overnight shift providing compassionate care to our participants. Your role will involve delivering direct and indirect care based on the participant's individualized Plan of Care. You'll assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, and medication prompting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and companionship as needed.
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as Foley catheter care, applying assistive devices, and assisting with colostomy bags.
  • Accurately complete and submit documentation, including flow sheets, logs, and communication books, within required timeframes.

Location/Travel Requirements
This position is based near Bakerstown, PA. Relocation may be possible, but specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
