Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a 12-hour night shift, 48 hours per week, with no call requirement.
- Float between the SCU, NCU, and CCU as there is no specific unit assignment, and be willing to float to ED to care for CC admits.
- Manage patients with complex medical conditions, including neuro/stroke, vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, and general CC patients.
- Perform specialized procedures, such as fresh post-op craniotomies, vent settings, A-lines, central lines, NIH evaluations, HD (managed by dialysis staff), and CRRT (managed by RN).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- LA License
- 2 Years' Experience
- Must Have Limited Neuro Experience at the Least
- BCLS
- ACLS
- CPI (can be obtained at the facility once started)
