  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with prescribed instructions from healthcare providers.
  • Adhere to established medication administration guidelines and Bickford's operational standards.
  • Employ the electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system for effective medication oversight.
  • Engage with clinical management as necessary for optimal resident care.
  • Deliver direct care to residents and oversee the activities of non-licensed staff members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid CNA License or relevant experience in the field.
  • Certification as a Medication Manager is mandatory.
  • Completion of High School or equivalent educational attainment.
  • Current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the eMAR system is essential.
