About the Job

This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiovascular intensive care unit environment. As a CVICU RN, you'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with potentially life-threatening heart conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Active RN licensure in good standing
  • At least 1 year of experience in CVICU or similar critical care setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
