**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a senior living setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience for our residents while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement creative menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and production planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective food operations
  • Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with our nutrition team to develop menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
