Key Responsibilities- Accurately document patient interactions and medical information in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls and retrieving lab reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorized to work in the US
- Background check and drug screen required upon hire
