Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Turnover Technician to join our Electrophysiology Lab team. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the care of patients and families, providing competent and safe care with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nurses in reviewing and implementing corrective action plans to improve patient and family satisfaction.
  • Recognize and report any concerns or issues to the nursing staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in unit meetings and conferences to discuss patient care and unit operations.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment, including the preparation of patient rooms and equipment.
  • Run errands to other departments, including the delivery of specimens and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of English and computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Nursing Attendant within the last two years.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
