Job Description

At TEKsystems, we are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, dismantling, reconstructing, and programming wireless home security systems in customers' homes or small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure monitoring applications for home networks and mobile devices.
  • Communicate with customers prior to installation to verify schedules.
  • Prepare estimates according to company guidelines.
  • Test system operation to ensure proper service establishment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with equipment installation (TVs, dishes, speakers, A/V equipment, etc.).
  • Technical aptitude for configuration, basic troubleshooting, and networking skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
