Job Overview:

As a Visual Designer at Bollé Brands Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering compelling, creative brand messages to consumers. The ideal candidate will develop concepts, execute design, and produce creative for all digital, trade, and print materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including emails, digital advertising assets, trade marketing materials, website assets, window graphics, and other print materials.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to production, including consulting with clients and management, developing sample layouts for approval, interfacing with outside vendors, presenting samples for approval, and preparing final layouts for production.
  • Ensure quality of final product before release.
  • Maintain high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of print materials.
  • Manage all media assets.
  • Assist with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communications.
  • Interact and collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure creative needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in traditional graphic design, including layout, logo development, email, and digital advertising.
  • Digital-first mindset.
  • Strong commercial sensibilities – knows the customer journey and how design converts to sales.
  • Highly collaborative and willing to work with all teams, stakeholders, and regions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excels in the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Ability to conceptualize creative concepts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year.
