Position Summary:
The Medical Lab Technician (MLT) role offers an exciting opportunity within MultiCare. In this capacity, you will engage in a diverse range of daily responsibilities, including patient analytic laboratory testing, quality assurance, data evaluation, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive specimens and ensure accurate identification.
2. Assess specimen suitability and manage rejections.
3. Prepare reagents as necessary.
4. Conduct instrument maintenance and calibration.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field.
- Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) (ASCP)CM or MLT (ASCP) or registry eligible.
- Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist Certification or eligibility (if phlebotomy duties are included).
- Minimum of one year of laboratory experience preferred.
