Job Summary
Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Director to oversee and manage our IT operations nationwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT systems across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT services, supporting helpdesk operations, and coordinating IT resources to ensure seamless business operation nationwide. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations for multiple locations, ensuring systems, networks, and technologies are operating efficiently.
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets, providing timely troubleshooting and technical support for staff across various locations.
  • Lead the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure for new office locations, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operational before launch.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain security, data integrity, and system reliability.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify and address technology needs, including hardware, software, and network solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of follow-through on IT issues or requests, ensuring user satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Must have experience in an IT Management role overseeing multiple locations.
  • Great expertise with helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with new location set up procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and good follow-through.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
