Construction Foreman

• Plan and schedule activities on a daily and weekly basis to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement construction techniques and methods to optimize project efficiency and quality.
• Manage and supervise job personnel, handle complaints and disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Purchase and requisition materials and equipment as needed.
• Verify dimensions and approve field layout of all lines and grades.
• Ensure quality of company-performed work and oversee work to ensure compliance with engineered drawings and schedule.
• Plan and direct daily tasks and work for all crew members.
• Initiate and maintain safe working conditions on jobsites, investigate and report accidents, and hold safety meetings.

• High school diploma and a minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions independently.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a sound and deep knowledge of construction procedures and safety measures.
