About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Consultant - Liability to join our team. As a key member of our global claims team, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing complex commercial general liability claims on behalf of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
  • Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
  • Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and client.
  • Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests for directions in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
  • Litigation experience required.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Active adjusters license required.
