Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician I to join our Member Services department. As a Pharmacy Technician I, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Phone Assistance: Provide professional phone assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders through the prior authorization process.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues submitted to Participant Services via mail, tasks, and partner with other departments to ensure timely resolution of requests/inquiries.
- Queue Management: Work in multiple types of queues and databases to resolve issues and provide accurate information to members and providers.
- Phone Interactions: Engage in extensive phone interactions with members and prescribers to resolve clinical issues and answer questions.
- Initial Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for Customer Care and Members before pharmacist involvement for all clinical issues/questions.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; TX Technician License required; CPhT preferred.
