Job Overview

SERVPRO of Yavapai County is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate project scope and estimates, negotiate customer approval, and schedule crews and resources.
  • Maintain job site documentation, communicate with customers and teammates, and manage production expenses.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers, participate in recruiting and hiring, and train restoration teammates.
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of management experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience, IICRC certification preferred.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds regularly, work at ceiling heights, and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
