Nurse Practitioner

American Lutheran Homes is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our team's success.

• Deliver and document basic technical and emergency nursing skills, adhering to licensure and individual care plans.
• Conduct observations, medication, and treatments promptly and accurately.
• Assume charge nurse duties, adjusting assignments and schedules to meet resident needs.
• Assess and document health status of unstable residents, making rounds with physicians and transcribing orders.
• Develop, revise, and review resident care plans, evaluating staff observations and using equipment accurately.
• Replace absent staff, maintain confidentiality, and project a positive image of the organization.
