  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
