Breakfast Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Hotel 505 Albuquerque. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.

• Set up and break down continental breakfast items, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Greet and acknowledge guests as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Bus and clean tables, ensuring a spotless environment for our guests to enjoy their meal.
• Straighten chairs and properly arrange the furniture, maintaining a well-organized and comfortable space.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, including restocking drink and food items and supplies according to standards.
• Make fresh coffee as needed, ensuring a constant supply of hot beverages for our guests.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Thank guests as they depart, providing a positive and memorable experience.
• At the close of the complimentary breakfast, bus and clean all tables, clean and mop the breakfast area, empty the trash receptacles, store or dispose of all drinks, food items and supplies in accordance with operating standards and health codes.
• Clean all equipment and properly store it according to standards.
• Receive supplies, date and rotate stock, and complete and record inventory on inventory sheet, following hotel operational procedures to ensure an order is placed for items that are below par levels.
• Perform essential job functions in accordance with local health department codes, standards and regulations.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining other areas of the hotel.
