Job Summary

Under the supervision of Pharmacy Leadership, we are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Miami Valley Hospital South. This is a part-time position working 1st shift weekdays with variable start times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compounds and dispenses medications and provides pharmaceutical care upon receiving provider orders
  • Performs all duties necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of all departmental services and programs
  • Responsible for medication dosing and monitoring by provider referral
  • Active participant in codes
  • Supervises interns and technicians in all work areas assigned
  • Participates in training pharmacy students and technicians
  • Participates in clinical research protocols and drug therapy research activities

Requirements:

  • 40 hours per pay period
  • Facility: Miami Valley Hospital South
