Job Overview

Moran Environmental Recovery is seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation Team Lead to oversee remediation and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos abatement and the ability to work in compliance with corporate policies, health and safety protocols, and local, state, and federal regulations.

About the Role:

  • Lead field teams involved in asbestos abatement projects while ensuring adherence to strict compliance standards.
  • Supervise project-assigned labor forces, including foremen, equipment operators, hazardous waste technicians, and emergency response crews.
  • Maintain accurate records of job-specific paperwork, including Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver's Logs, and Daily Tailgate Safety Meeting Forms.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Manager, Program/Project Manager, and Division Manager to optimize project personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for cost-effective utilization.
  • Ensure crew safety during all phases of performing job duties required in the field.

Qualifications and Benefits:

  • Requires High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and reasoning skills) and 2-3 years of experience supervising abatement projects.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and TWIC is preferred.
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
