- Perform additional manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment that requires maintenance.
- Engage in ladder work and some roofing tasks.
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Familiarity with power tools and industrial equipment is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or apprenticeship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid commercial driver's license is preferred.
